Job Description
To support the Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate meetings while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify opportunities
Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and track interactions in CRM
Coordinate meetings and maintain pipeline management to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
##### Required qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
Self-starter mentality with strong written communication skills for crafting outreach materials
