Business Development Representative

As Business Development Representative, you’ll be the trusted advisor for customers seeking solutions for roof maintenance, replacement roofs, and gutters. Your duties will include:

• Consulting with customers: Connect with residential and commercial customers to understand their needs and provide the appropriate solutions.
• Generating leads: Actively seek out business with builders, developers, and commercial clients, nurturing relationships and building strong local networks.
• Maintaining accurate records: Use our CRM system to log customer interactions, track sales progress, and ensure all data are up to date.
• Collaborating with teams: Work closely with our technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Achieving targets: Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience with clear communication, professionalism and care.

**What we’re looking for:**

We’re seeking people who are passionate about closing sales and providing an outstanding customer experience. An understanding of roofing would be an advantage but not a prerequisite as full training will be provided. You:

• Have proven success in B2B or B2C sales
• Are comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft applications.
• Are a natural at building relationships
• Have great communication skills, both written and face-to-face.
• Have a proactive approach and great time management
• Thrive on smashing targets and KPIs!
