Business Systems Analyst

Elicits business requirements using workshops, interviews, and other requirements gathering techniques. Documents reporting and analytics requirements, covering required information for formats, user access, report usage, etc. Provides input for designing and developing the “to be” solution (people, process, technology); looks for opportunities to simplify and efficiently scale operations. Creates and updates existing business process documentation which a focus on illustrating how data is used to drive decisions

Analyzes requirements and conducts reviews to identify issues with respect to completeness and correctness. In conjunction with Global Operations, prioritizes requirements, and reconciles conflicts between organizations. Manages requirements traceability and requirements re-use. Reviews the designs, prototypes, and other development work products to ensure requirements are correctly understood.
