To support employee relations initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Senior HR Consultant will serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers, ensuring compliance with HR policies, conducting investigations, and maintaining HR metrics in a remote setting.

##### Key responsibilities

Manage employee relations matters, providing expertise and recommendations for workplace improvements

Conduct research on employee and labor relations trends to identify areas needing intervention

Ensure adherence to HR policies and maintain effective recordkeeping and data integrity

##### Required qualifications

Five years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level in a multi-state/location environment

Five years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, and ADAAA compliance

Five years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
