Call Center Agent

MillBrook Outdoor Resort is currently seeking call center agents for employment in our rewards department onsite at our property located in Jefferson, Ohio. MillBrook is a private resort that offers recreational opportunities and resort style amenities geared toward those that enjoy the great outdoors. Call center agents at MillBrook are the facilitators of our membership sales. MillBrook Resort Call Center Agent Responsibilities Include:

Setting appointments with perspective customers

Taking inbound calls from clients

Completing minor office paperwork

Making follow-up calls to new customers

Telephoning prospects

General office duties

Hours of work: Sun, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, & Mon-Thurs, 5:00-9:00 PM

Compensation: $13.00 Start. Performance Pay After 14 days, Up to $21.00 Hr.

Work From Home: After 30 days with base performance standards met.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $21.00 per hour
