General Maintenance

Now Hiring – Maintenance Position. We are looking for reliable, Full Time Maintenance personnel for a fast paced, energetic work environment. They will undertake grounds keeping and maintenance tasks to ensure the resort facilities operate effectively and efficiently. The tasks of staff members will include general labor, grounds keeping, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

As a Maintenance worker you perform various maintenance duties requiring general labor skills, including; building maintenance, grounds keeping, campsite maintenance, sanitary maintenance, pool duties, cleaning and more. Basic building trade skills are preferable. You will work as a team participant along with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the resort meets our quality maintenance standards of operation.

YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE

-Working with management to maintain a clean, safe, appealing property.

-Attend staff meetings to communicate daily tasks & required work.

-Communicate professionally with other maintenance workers.

-Communicate with managers and work on all special maintenance projects.

-Maintain grounds/common areas, keep free from trash & debris.

-Report concerns directly to management and perform repairs.

-Mow, weed, edge, and maintain resort property.

-You will be required to move heavy objects.

-You may drive vehicles to various locations on/off the property.

-Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.

-Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED

-High school diploma or equivalent experience.

• One Year of Maintenance experience.

-Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work with equipment.

-Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

-Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.
