We are seeking an inspiring educational leader with a background in either primary or secondary education to lead our thriving Year 3-13 Hamilton/Tauranga Campus. This is a significant leadership opportunity within OneSchool Global, focused on driving exceptional student outcomes, supporting and developing staff, and continuing to strengthen an already high-performing school community.

Alongside leading Hamilton, you will also oversee our small Tauranga Campus, supporting a close-knit community while ensuring alignment with OneSchool Global's vision and values.

As Campus Principal, you will provide visible and authentic leadership, champion student achievement and wellbeing, develop and support staff, oversee campus operations, and foster a positive culture aligned with OneSchool Global's values. You will lead the delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum through our innovative self-directed learning model while building strong relationships with students, families, and the wider community.

We're looking for someone who:

Has recent leadership experience as a Principal, Deputy Principal, or Assistant Principal in a New Zealand school.

Demonstrates a proven ability to improve student outcomes and lead high-performing teams.

Is an engaging communicator who builds trust and strong relationships.

Brings a growth mindset, strong values, and a passion for innovative education.

Has the vision and capability to lead an established, successful campus while driving continuous improvement.
