To support patient care coordination, the full-time Care Coordinator will manage referrals, obtain necessary authorizations, and schedule services while working remotely Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM.

##### Key responsibilities

Completes referrals and coordinates with referring and receiving practices or departments

Obtains authorizations and prepares financial estimates for patients

Schedules surgical procedures and diagnostic testing, ensuring accurate and timely allocations

##### Required qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Computer experience required

Understanding of insurance coverage and medical necessity policies preferred

Knowledge of medical records software preferred

Customer service experience required
