Career and Employability Leader

Marlborough College is seeking to recruit a Careers and Employability Leader to support the Futures Department.

The Careers and Employability Leader would be responsible for delivering high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) to students across all year groups. This wide-reaching position involves working closely with the Director of Futures, Heads of Year, pupils, parents, and Old Marlburians to ensure a cohesive, outward-looking careers education programme that supports student aspirations and progression.

This is an exciting role with scope to shape new or existing College-wide strategies, ensuring Marlburians are equipped to navigate an ever-changing world of work and thrive.
