Carpenter

About the role

We are currently looking for experienced Carpenters to join established construction teams working across a range of residential and commercial projects. This is a great opportunity for skilled Carpenters who take pride in their workmanship and are looking for consistent work across quality construction projects.

Key responsibilities

Framing, fit-outs, finishing and general carpentry work

Reading and working from plans, drawings and specifications

Measuring, cutting, assembling and installing materials accurately

Using a range of hand and power tools

Working independently and as part of a construction team

Maintaining workplace health and safety standards

About you

Minimum 3 years' carpentry experience

Strong residential and/or commercial carpentry experience

Confident reading and working from plans, drawings and specifications

Able to measure, cut, assemble and install materials accurately

Confident using a range of hand and power tools

Comfortable working independently and as part of a construction team

Strong understanding of workplace health and safety

Full Class 1 NZ Driver License

Reliable, physically fit and able to maintain a high standard of workmanship

Trade qualification preferred but not essential for experienced candidates
