Job Description
Supporting the OCM lead on ERP capital projects, the full-time hybrid Change Management Assistant will participate in organizational change management activities, develop training content, and assist in the execution of change readiness plans.
##### Key responsibilities
Participate in organizational change management activities for technology projects
Contribute to stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and project communication plans
Support the execution of change readiness plans, including surveys and analysis of results
##### Required qualifications
High School diploma minimum; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Education preferred
2 years of functional or procurement experience and experience with SAP S/4 HANA
Proficiency in MS-Office products
