##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field

8-10 years of experience in project management and change management

Experience in a startup or growing company building change management as a new discipline

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and change management frameworks

Proficiency in project and change management software and tools
