Description

As Apple continues to expand it’s Enterprise business through our reseller and distribution partners, the Canada Channel Field Marketing role is paramount to driving scale and accelerated growth. To realize this goal, we build relationships, create business development and marketing plans, expand partner capabilities, and ensure seamless execution.

The Channel Field Marketing Lead is responsible for driving demand, partner engagement, and pipeline growth through strategic field marketing initiatives executed in collaboration with distribution partners, resellers, and internal sales teams. This role is crucial in aligning channel strategy to marketing execution, ensuring campaigns and initiatives accelerate partner success, enhance end-user engagement, and deliver measurable revenue impact.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the execution of business development and marketing plans with distribution and reseller partners.
  • Manage co-marketing initiatives, BDF utilization, and partner-led demand generation activities.
  • Lead the localization of global campaigns and marketing assets for Canadian market relevance, compliance, and bilingual considerations where required.
  • Drive joint demand generation activities to accelerate deal cycles, including the measurement and optimization of ROI
  • Curate and communicate business marketing content to the field and our channel partners, and help them shape strong value propositions, integrated marketing campaigns and influential events and briefings.
  • Collaborate closely with our regional and WW cross functional teams, including sales, enablement, product marketing, digital, and programs teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
  • Lead planning and execution of strategic channel led events and customer briefings, measuring event effectiveness and translation of outcomes into pipeline and engagement insights
  • Own regional marketing budget planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Deliver regular executive-level reporting on performance, insights, and recommendations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Generally requires a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in channel sales, communications and marketing; working with partners to build marketing plans
  • You have strong verbal and written communications skills and are able to convey the importance of new ideas, programs and initiatives when communicating with the field and channel partners, leading to strong sales outcomes.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills; attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Deep understand the Canadian IT channel landscape
  • Strong analytical mindset with ROI-driven decision making

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $113,400 and $170,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple Inc.’s discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit award recommendations, and can purchase Apple Inc. stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple Inc.’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
