We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to help deliver exceptional food and memorable guest experiences in our fast-paced mountain environment.

#### About the Role

You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items, maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards, managing stock and food preparation, and supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen. You'll also help mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

#### What You'll Bring

Minimum 2 years' experience at Chef de Partie level or above

Strong à la carte cooking experience and knife skills

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and Food Control Plans

Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Ability to mentor and support junior staff

Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills

Passion for food, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
