Job Description

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie in their Education sector to join our team at the University of Hertfordshire, College Lane Campus, AL10 9AB.

Permanent role

Monday to Friday- 35 hours per week shifts between 8am and 4pm

Predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend support for events

39 working weeks

£25,000

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard
• Assist in prep for breakfast & lunch service
• Make food to recipe
• Carry out & maintain FIFO stock rotation
• Assist the Head Chef with stock management
• Maintain a clean kitchen throughout your working day Assist in food production for hospitality catering bookings
• Key Requirements:

• * + Previous catering/ kitchen experience required
• + Excellent team player
• + Excellent communication abilities
• + Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
