We’re looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, you’ll take ownership of your kitchen section, lead and support fellow team members, and ensure every dish meets our high standards for quality, preparation, and presentation.

This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys hands-on cooking, developing their skills, and helping create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.
• Follow menus and daily function requirements to deliver quality food and consistent service.
• Supervise, coach, and support team members, encouraging professional development and positive working habits.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health and safety standards, ensuring safe use of kitchen equipment.

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years’ hot-side kitchen experience is an asset.

Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced à la carte kitchen.

A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills and the ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.

A willingness to learn, develop, and support others.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and a varied schedule.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
