The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Someone who cares about great produce, consistency, and teamwork. You’ll be working alongside a talented crew delivering a tight, focused menu built on local suppliers and technique.

If you love a busy service, take pride in your section, and enjoy a bit of kitchen craic, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

Run your section efficiently during service

Maintain high standards of prep, flavour, and presentation

Support senior chefs with menu development and daily specials

Uphold HACCP and kitchen cleanliness standards

Work as part of a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys what they do

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a CDP or strong Commis ready to step up

A genuine passion for food and flavour

Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

Calm under pressure with good communication skills

Interest in beef cookery and modern culinary techniques
