\CAMILE THAI - HIRING WOK CHEF\

\Location:\ Camile Thai, Dublin

\Position:\ Wok Chef / Thai Wok Chef\Contract:\ Full-time | Part-time

\*The Role:\*We are looking for an experienced Wok Chef who can handle a high-volume service with consistency and speed.

\Responsibilities:\- Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes on wok section as per Camile spec and recipes- Manage wok station including mise en place, stock control, and cleanliness- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards- Follow HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations- Assist with daily equipment checks and report any issues immediately to management- Work as part of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours- Train and support junior chefs when required

\Requirements:\- Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and wok cooking is a big advantage- Able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene- Reliable, punctual, and a team player Immediate start available.
