Chef de Partie

We’re on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join our team - a place where high standards and delicious food are what we’re all about. You’ll be running your own section, jumping in to help where needed, and being part of a team that truly values working together.

We are extremely busy so there is plenty of work and we do offer training and development for chefs at every stage of their career once you have nailed down a section. We’re all about helping our staff grow into future managers and kitchen leaders.

As a Chef de Partie in our kitchen, you’ll play a key part in keeping your section prepped and ready for the next service. We really want our chefs to enjoy what they do and love cooking and we set our kitchen up to be very organized while trying to have some fun along the way. We have a really set senior chef team who all help out and get into the kitchen and make sure you get shown the right way to do things.
