Chef de Partie

El Pescador are looking to hire an experienced Chef, for our very busy restaurant in the Swansea Marina Area.

We are a family run passionate Spanish themed restaurant right in the heart of the marina with an extensive Tapas, Meat, Fish and Seafood Menu.

The position is paid based on experience but we are very competitive and we pay by the hour + tips.

The successful candidates will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure preparation and cooking is done to the highest standards. Ideally were looking for someone who wants to grow with us and has a passion for developing new recipes and authentic classics alike.
