Job Description
Leonard Catering Ltd is seeking two experienced Chef de Partie professionals for McHugh's Bar, Galway, focusing on high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and presentation in a traditional restaurant setting (no fast-food).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Handle mise en place and maintain food quality and portion control.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety under HACCP guidelines.
- Assist with stock control and minimize waste.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional culinary experience.
Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
