About the Role Are you a motivated, passionate foodie with great energy and an eye for detail? We are looking for an experienced Breakfast/Brunch Chef & Baker to step up and lead our kitchen!

As our lead kitchen manager, you will take ownership of our kitchen operations and collaborate with us to develop and refine our menu. We offer a delicious morning and lunch menu for our customers, alongside quality cabinet offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Management: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, organization, and kitchen team dynamics.

Cabinet Prep & Baking: Prepare high-quality baking, fresh sandwiches, vibrant salads, and seasonal soups each morning.

Short Order & Menu Service: Cook and present our simple, delicious morning and lunch brunch menu to order.

Menu Development: Work alongside us to create seasonal specials and exciting new menu items.

Food Safety & Compliance: Maintain top-tier hygiene standards and ensure full compliance with council food safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

An experienced kitchen all-rounder with baking skills and short-order cooking experience.

Self-motivated, proactive, and positive team player with great energy.

Passion for high-quality, fresh, seasonal ingredients and beautiful plate presentation.

Well-presented, organized, and capable of thriving in a compact, fast-paced environment.
