Class 2 Driver

We are currently looking for 2 experienced Class 2 Drivers to join a busy transport operation in Christchurch.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable drivers looking for ongoing work and the potential to secure a long term position.

The Role

Metro deliveries around Christchurch

Assisting with unloading product to clients

Customer service

Class 2 driving

Forklift operation (if certified)

Some physical lifting at times

What we're looking for:

Current Class 2 license & experience

Previous delivery or driving experience

Comfortable driving a manual vehicle

Reliable, punctual and physically fit

Good customer service and communication skills

Forklift license preferred, but not essential

What's on offer:

$26-$27 per hour

Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00am-4:00pm

Generally 8-9 hour days, with hours varying

Metro deliveries around Christchurch

Manual truck driving

Temp-to-perm opportunity
