Machine Operator

We are currently looking for a reliable and practical machine operators to join a busy manufacturing environment in Cromwell.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, working with machinery, and being part of a team.

The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

Operating folder and roll-forming machinery

Loading and unloading trucks (forklift license OSH) beneficial

Packing and preparing orders

Handling consumables and materials

General factory and warehouse duties

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

We're looking for someone who is:

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Practical and hands-on

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

Safety-conscious with a good attitude

Willing to learn and take direction

Previous experience in metal processing, manufacturing or machinery operation would be an advantage, but is not essential. The right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
