Cleaner
The Booms Lifecare at Thames, Waikato | Part-time available I Hours 28 I 7:30 - 14:00, 4 days on, 4 days off
The Booms Lifecare,in 604 Parawai Rd Thames,Waikato, 3500, part of the New Zealand Aged Care Services (NZACS) group, is looking for a thorough, reliable Cleaner to help keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors.
About the role
Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to a high standard, following facility cleaning schedules.
Follow infection prevention and control procedures at all times, including correct handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Report any maintenance issues or resident concerns noticed while cleaning.
Restock supplies such as hand sanitiser, soap, and paper products as needed.
Treat residents and their belongings with care and respect at all times.
About you
Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a healthcare or hospitality setting, is an advantage.
A thorough, conscientious approach and good attention to detail.
A friendly, respectful manner around residents.
Reliability and the ability to work independently.
