Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor – Buses and Coaches

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor, who will work at our client’s site at Royston in Glasgow.

Job role requirements as a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor

• Are you flexible to meet the needs of the business with regards to working hours, available for nightshift including weekends?
• Do you have previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience?
• Do you have knowledge of COSHH?
• Can you motivate a cleaning team?

Duties as a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor

• Supervising a cleaning team, which includes delegating duties, motivating the team to achieve standards and dealing with sickness and holiday cover.
• Ensuring cleaning standards of deep cleans are maintained across the site.
• Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly.
• Carrying out regular cleaning audits.
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensuring strong working relationship with and between operatives.
• Working as part of a team.
