Cleaning Supervisor

NLC3 - £ 27,455 - £ 28,553 (Pro Rata)

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Cleaning Supervisors. In this role, you will help ensure our school environment is clean, hygienic, and welcoming, while also supporting and guiding the cleaning team to maintain consistently high standards.

With your previous supervisory experience and background in commercial cleaning, you’ll be confident using a wide range of cleaning equipment and products, and you’ll understand the health and safety responsibilities that come with this essential work.

We’re looking for someone who is

Self‑motivated with a positive, flexible approach

Able to work effectively as part of a team

Skilled in communication and organisation

Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independently

Successful candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme before starting. This will be arranged by North Lanarkshire Council.

For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
