Client Services Manager

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Client Service Manager to be the person our clients and franchisees rely on. Working alongside our Operations Manager, you'll make sure every site we take on starts well, stays at standard, and that every client feels looked after. You'll spend most of your time out on site rather than behind a desk, and you'll be on the tools yourself at times. This is a hands-on, working role, not a clipboard one.

We're hiring now to replace a team member who's moving on, so the role is available straight away.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Training and onboarding franchisees, and handing new sites over to them

Running orientations with new clients and setting sites up for success

Carrying out regular quality checks and following up until any issues are sorted

Being the main point of contact for clients and franchisees, and sorting problems quickly

Spotting ways to add value for clients, and passing good opportunities to our sales team

Reporting on how sites are tracking to the Operations Manager

Getting on the tools yourself — covering cleans and periodic floor work when needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

A background in commercial cleaning, post-construction or facilities maintenance — enough to know what good looks like on site

Experience training or supervising others

Clear, calm communication with clients, including in writing

Organised, and able to plan your own week around some after-hours work

A tech native — fast across apps, email, spreadsheets and a CRM, and able to switch between them without missing a beat

An eye for detail and a genuine interest in growing with us

A full NZ driver licence

You don't need years in a Client Service Manager role. If you've got a cleaning or facilities background and the right attitude, we'll back you to grow into it. Even if you're not sure you tick every box, apply anyway!

THE HOURS UPFRONT

This isn't a 9-to-5. Commercial cleaning mostly happens out of hours, so you'll need to be available for some early mornings, evenings and the occasional weekend. In return, you'll plan your own schedule and have the backing of an experienced team.
