We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping clients, delivers customer service excellence and is focused on successful outcomes.

The Role

• Duties include:
• You'll play a vital role in our client interactions, which will include answering phone calls and providing support or information to clients over the phone
• Client care support within the head office customer services team
• Following up on client files in a timely manner
• Support advisers when required
• Supporting the team with day-to-day operations and general administration.
• Helping our clients with claims
• Experience and skills required:
• Customer service experience
• Have a great phone manner with a clear communication style
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced friendly environment
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Have a genuine passion for a customer focused role
• Knowledge and experience in the banking/financial industry would be advantageous
• Availability to work from 9.30am to 6pm
