We are looking for an individual with drive and energy who will work alongside a team of 100 Insurance Advisers referring warm leads every day - our top advisers write over $80 million annually! And you could be one of them!

About you:

A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser or a lending professional within the banking industry

Level 5 Certificate in residential property lending required upon commencement; current students and those yet to start are encouraged to apply

You are a natural communicator who loves talking to clients and really helping them

You understand that you drive your own revenue - the more clients you help, the more you get in bonuses

A resilient, sales driven aptitude

* You love the work you do and your work ethic reflects this

Please note that applicants who already have their Level 5 in residential property lending are preferred and will be progressed first - we want to get the ball rolling with some great achievements as soon as possible!

We will provide comprehensive training on top of the skills you should already have. What we are looking for is a motivation to achieve and a drive to get lending applications across the line.

Applicants for this position should have unconditional working rights in New Zealand.
