• Assist and support CNM II in delivering evidence-based nursing care.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage staff and resources within the ward

**Qualifications:**

• Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience after registration.
• Management course (preferred) or willingness to pursue one.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of nurse education and development issues.
