Clinical Nurse Manager 3 - JAG Project Co-ordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Nurse Manager to lead the implementation of JAG accreditation at our Northern Cross facilities and drive the continued development of our Endoscopy Service.

In this pivotal role, you will

• Drive the achievement of JAG accreditation through effective coordination and quality management.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across our Endoscopy service.
• Ensure the delivery of safe, high quality patient care by managing the allocation of skilled nursing staff.
• Champion transformational leadership and innovative approaches to service delivery, aligned with our hospital's quality improvement plans.
• Foster a positive working environment that promotes continuous professional development, clinical excellence, and inservice education for all staff.

**We're looking for a leader who:**

• Is a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Has a minimum of 8 years post registration experience, with at least 2 years at CNM II level in Endoscopy services
• Has previous JAG accreditation experience
• Degree level qualification and/or postgraduate qualification in a clinical specialism
• Builds strong collaborative relationships across all disciplines
• Proven leadership and management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
