Co-design project: using clinical experience, stakeholder feedback and available data to identify and co-design improvement opportunities for Pasifika service delivery, ensuring recommendations are evidence-informed and achievable
Relationship management and community engagement: building trust and engaging with stakeholders to understand referral pathways, service gaps and opportunities for earlier access, using feedback to inform care coordination and service development.
