Coffee Cart Assistant
This role supports the day-to-day operations of the coffee cart and helps deliver a welcoming, high-quality experience for guests visiting the park and passing by. You will work alongside the Coffee Cart Manager during the week and independently operate the coffee cart when the manager is not on site.
The role can be part-time or full-time, approximately 24–30 hours per week. Availability on Monday, Tuesday is required, along with additional days over the weekend.
The role offers some flexibility around hours, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to work around another job or other commitments. Morning shifts only.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the coffee cart
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and simple food items
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service to guests
- Open, operate and close the coffee cart independently when required
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking
- Maintain high food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Keep the work area tidy, organised and well presented
- Support the Coffee Cart Manager and contribute to smooth, efficient daily operations
About You
- Friendly, reliable and confident working independently
- Enjoy working with customers and providing great service
- Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Previous café and barista experience is helpful but not essential

Our new coffee cart offers guests a convenient place to grab great coffee and light bites while enjoying the lakefront setting.
If you have your own camper van, a powered site can be provided at Lakes Edge Holiday Park.
