Your Role as Care Worker

You’ll deliver this role by

• * Assist clients with*personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals
• Support clients with*domestic tasks*, including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep
• * Provide*social and community support*and assist with transport to appointments or shopping
• * Follow clients’*care plans*and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager
• * Contribute ideas to*improve services and teamwork*
• Location – Sunshine Coast and Surrounding Suburbs

Must hold a minimum Green P Plate (Australian Drivers Licence)

Essential Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

Must hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination as required

* Relevant probity checks as per legislation and WMQ policy
