A growing FX firm is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support its Compliance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with compliance experience in financial services who wants exposure to FCA regulation, financial crime, monitoring, and risk management.

London based FX firm.
Description
Conduct compliance monitoring and reviews.
Support FCA regulatory requirements and reporting.
Maintain and update policies and procedures.
Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts.
Assist with risk assessments and compliance projects.
Support AML, KYC, and financial crime activities.
Review customer onboarding and due diligence.
Prepare compliance reports and management information.
Deliver compliance training and guidance to staff.
Profile
A successful Compliance Analyst should have
- 2-5 years' compliance experience within Financial Services.
- Understanding of FCA regulations.
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, and Financial Crime controls.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Job Offer
- Competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position based in London.
