Engaging with stakeholders to drive project execution, the full-time Consultant will lead workstreams, create client deliverables, and support end-to-end implementation engagements in a hybrid work environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Drive and support project execution by engaging with stakeholders and providing structured solutions

Lead workstreams, facilitating client interviews and workshops, and developing clear insights and recommendations

Contribute to project governance and maintain relationships with clients and vendors while supporting business evolution initiatives

##### Required qualifications

2+ years of consulting experience at a recognized firm or in-house at a leading financial institution

Exposure to major investment management platforms, preferably SimCorp One/Dimension

Understanding of front and middle office workflows in investment management

Familiarity with investment products and asset classes, including Equities and Fixed Income

Foundational knowledge of project management practices and organizational change management concepts
