Due to a growing portfolio of project awards and an expanding pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure, energy and resources projects while working alongside industry-leading engineers, project managers and commercial professionals. As part of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in managing construction and service contracts across EPCM and Alliance projects. From contract award through to project close-out, you will provide commercial guidance, manage contractual obligations and support the successful delivery of complex capital projects.
Reporting into the project team, you will be responsible for the administration and management of construction and service contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with project managers, procurement specialists, contractors and clients, you will help manage commercial risk, maintain contractual compliance and support strong project performance. Key Responsibilities
Administer construction and service contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements
Manage contract variations, change orders and contractual claims, assessing commercial, cost and schedule impacts
Monitor project progress and facilitate contractor and stakeholder meetings as required
Oversee payment certification processes, contract reporting and cash flow forecasting
Administer claims, extensions of time and contractual correspondence
Prepare, review and implement contractual documents, notices and change management documentation
Maintain accurate contract registers and project records in accordance with project requirements
Manage bonds, guarantees, insurances and other contractual securities
Provide commercial advice and support to project teams while identifying and mitigating contractual risks
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, clients and internal stakeholders to support successful project outcomes
About You
You are an experienced Contracts Administrator with a background supporting major capital projects within EPCM, engineering consultancy, construction or Alliance environments. You possess strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of contract administration principles, procurement processes and project delivery methodologies. You are confident managing variations, claims and stakeholder negotiations, while maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and navigate complex commercial matters enables you to work successfully within multidisciplinary project teams. You enjoy working in a fast-paced project environment and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale projects.
