**Job title**: Continuous Improvement Lead / SharePoint Developer (contract)

**Duration**: 3-6 months TBC

**Target Start Date**: ASAP

**Location**: Hybrid - Any UK location near Deloitte offices (Cardiff, London, Leeds, Manchester). Travel to the office once a fortnight

**About the role:**

We are seeking an experienced Developer to join our Service Management and CSI team within Central Business Services at Deloitte. You will work across multiple internally facing service areas, delivering new service improvements and ensuring our services meet the business needs. Reporting to the Head of CSI, you will be experienced in delivering Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service improvement.

**Responsibilities but not limited to;**

  • Support the technical design, development and implementation of Power Platform, Kwiz Forms and SharePoint solutions for a Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Idea Register.
  • Drive workstream activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with CSI objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs for the CSI Idea Register.
  • Responsible for the initial research, viability assessment, and Return on Investment analysis of service improvement opportunities
  • Responsible for delivering end-to-end transformation against core Value Streams (e.g. Opportunity to Engage, Hire to Retire, Source to Pay etc.)
  • Responsible for working with the project delivery teams on the delivery of initiatives and projects to time, quality and with expected benefits
  • Responsible for ensuring that implementation and outcomes from any continuous improvement initiatives delivered in line with strategic objectives, stakeholder expectations and business outcomes
  • Support delivery of a culture of Continuous Improvement within CBS and Enabling Functions
  • Deliver change in alignment with the CSI methodology (Six Sigma/Lean)

**Essential Skills:** Experience with the following is required

  • Must have experience in developing and deploying solutions using **Power Platform** and **SharePoint** (preferably with the build and enhancement of idea management or similar registers)
  • Experience working in **Continuous Service Improvement** (CSI) and improving customer experience
  • Must have experience working in a **shared service environment** or large matrix organisation across multi-functional teams within **Corporate, Professional Services** or **Financial Services**
  • Proficient in **Microsoft Power Platform** (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Kwiz Forms)
  • Understand **SharePoint** security, permissions, and compliance.
  • Experience of **building workflows and automation** using Power Automate, PowerApps and Custom SharePoint components
  • Customise the SharePoint User Experience through modern **UI/UX Design** and Description (**C#,NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML**)
  • **Cloud Technology Integration**: experience with **integrating Power BI,** **SharePoint Online** and **Microsoft 365**
  • Experience **leading project workstreams**, preferably within a Continuous Service Improvement context
  • Knowledgeable of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, systems thinking, structured problem solving etc)
  • Experience of end-to-end **global process ownership**, technology and automation to optimise end-to-end processes delivering improved user experience, quality and improved outcomes
  • **Strong stakeholder management** - able to influence to gain buy-in and drive impactful change, working with senior stakeholders, Partners, COO’s etc.

**Deliverables**

  • Design & Build the SharePoint CSI Register
  • Design & Build the SharePoint CSI Benefit Tracker
  • Identify quantifiable benefits from assigned team/process review
