Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food according to menu specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion sizes and presentation.
• Manage multiple food orders efficiently during busy service periods.
• Monitor incoming orders and ensure each dish is served accurately and on time.
• Ensure every order includes the correct meals, sides and accompaniments.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Store ingredients correctly and follow safe food handling procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies and minimise food waste.
• Control cooking temperatures and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Clean and sanitise workstations, utensils and cooking equipment.
• Contribute ideas for daily specials, seasonal dishes and menu improvements.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Who We Are Looking For

• Head Chef: Able to oversee kitchen operations, maintain food quality and coordinate kitchen staff.
• Sous Chef: Able to support the Head Chef, coordinate food preparation and assist with kitchen supervision.
• Chef: Skilled in preparing and cooking a variety of menu items while maintaining consistency and presentation.
• Cook: Capable of preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, following recipes and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
