Owning the execution of M&A deals from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working remotely with occasional in-person requirements in Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live M&A deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking diligence

Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks

Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and maintain deal models and investment committee materials

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles

Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in CRMs and document management systems

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
