Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close

Manage due diligence processes, building checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks as necessary

Conduct financial analysis to support valuation and deal economics, developing and maintaining deal models and investment committee materials

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles

Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills, with high attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and document management systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
