Lead a team of engineers responsible for the development and delivery of custom silicon solutions for clients.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for custom silicon projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.

Act as a technical advisor and provide guidance to team members on complex technical issues.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to project success.

Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.

Manage relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered solutions.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the Custom Silicon Core Engineering Group.
