The Role

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our team.

This role is all about building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll be speaking with our existing customers who are due for their next service, helping them stay protected and ensuring they're receiving the best possible care from Flick.

You'll also assist new customers with enquiries, answer questions and help match them with the right solutions for their homes or businesses.

If you're someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems and making customers feel valued, you'll fit right in.

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Calling existing customers to check in and help schedule upcoming services
• Taking inbound enquiries from customers seeking advice and support
• Building long-term relationships with customers
• Helping customers understand the best solutions available to them
• Working closely with our local branch teams and technicians
• Keeping customer records up to date
• Sharing a few laughs with the team throughout the day

About You

You don't need a sales background to succeed in this role. We're looking for people who:

Enjoy talking to people and building relationships

Have a positive attitude and team-first mindset

Are confident on the phone

Have good administration and computer skills

Are organised and reliable
