We’re on the hunt for Customer Care Team Member's to join our Customer Service Team on a casual basis for the Christmas Peak Period🎄.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via email and live chat ensuring every interaction is smooth and positive.
Investigate and resolve shipping and order issues with our courier partners.
Process warranty claims and customer return requests.
Manage enquiries across platforms like eBay, Amazon, and TradeMe.
Handle admin tasks like updating customer details, processing payments, and security checks.
👀 What We’re Looking For
1+ year of customer service experience.
Previous experience in customer service delivered via phone, email, or online platformsdesired.
A resilient mindset – you stay cool under pressure and bounce back from challenges.
A strong customer-first approach, always striving to go above and beyond.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✨ Nice to have
Familiarity with Zendesk, Asana, and Salesforce
