Your Role:

At B. As a Customer Liaison Lead, you’ll be the trusted link between our decontamination facility and NHS theatre teams.

In this newly created role, you will support day-to-day service delivery, manage bespoke customer needs, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your ability to connect, communicate, and collaborate will directly impact patient care and strengthen partnerships across our healthcare network.

Key Details:

Location: This role will be split between the B. Braun Sterilog Facility in Pudsey and an NHS Trust customer site - Bradford Royal Infirmary

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for theatre teams, building strong, positive relationships.

Handle bespoke requests and keep communication clear and timely.

Lead service reviews and feedback sessions to strengthen performance and ensure customer satisfaction

Represent the customer voice internally to drive improvements.

Support coordination of instrument sets and repairs.

Resolve issues quickly and professionally.

This position would suit someone who is commercially aware within the NHS, has experience of theatre operations, or possesses a good understanding of decontamination processes. However, we also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills who can demonstrate the ability to build strong customer relationships.
