Job Description
Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders to UK org and to manufacturing factories, following the sales order creation by the Order Management Team.
Key Responsibilities: Creating and maintaining purchase orders linked to customer sales orders. Managing any changes to Purchase Orders. Coordinate with colleagues across US. UK, and factories in India and China for Tracking Order Acknowledgements and shipping status. Support with timely documentation following shipments from factories to US Order Management. Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system.

This role requires the timely creation and placement of purchase orders with the UK organization, managing each order from start to finish. A high level of detail and accuracy is essential in both the creation and ongoing tracking of purchase orders to ensure all information is correct and up to date. The position also involves making necessary revisions to purchase orders and proactively communicating any changes to all relevant and impacted stakeholders to maintain alignment and avoid delays.
