Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote Customer Service Coordinator opportunity focused on scheduling appraisal appointments with insurance policyholders and assisting homeowners with the ASSIST self-survey product.
##### Key responsibilities
Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to explain insurance appraisal requirements and build trust
Provide concierge service to homeowners using the ASSIST product, including technical support for the photo-capture app
Maintain up-to-date work order statuses and communicate any unusual situations to management
##### Required qualifications
0-3 years of customer service experience
Technological proficiency with mobile applications
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to solve technical problems with various variables
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
