Job Purpose and ImpactThe Customer Service Representative (Part time), will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns, including processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.Key AccountabilitiesMaintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.Complete bank deposits and reconcile/close credit card batches.Provide customer assistance in person, by phone, and through messaging platforms, while supporting sales representatives with invoicing, documentation, and payment processing.Post customer payments, manage financing disbursements, process interest charges, and generate monthly account statements.Execute customer service strategies.Provide support to improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures.Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assignedPosition InformationRelocation assistance will not be provided for this position.QualificationsMinimum RequiredBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceDriver's licenseLearn to operate small equipmentAvailable to work 20 hours per weekLegally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada At Cargill, we are committed to building a workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel respected, valued, and able to contribute fully.
