About the Opportunity

Join a busy, customer-focused contact centre within a well-known community organisation.

Support customers by phone and email, answering queries and helping book people into courses.

Provide accurate information, process bookings and ensure a positive customer experience.

Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries and keep customer information up to date.

What You’ll Bring

At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.

Clear and confident communication skills across phone and email.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage customer information.

Resilience and confidence handling a range of customer queries and challenging conversations.

A reliable and dependable approach with strong Monday–Friday availability.
